The Records Center provides reference services for paper records stored in its warehouse. Customers may request whole boxes or specific files from their boxes. There is a 12-item limit per day per customer. Reference requests received by 3:00 p.m. will be delivered the next business day.

There is no daily limit on refile requests. The Records Center sells flat boxes in bundles of 25. Flat box orders will be delivered within five working days.

Magnetic Media Storage Program

The Records Center provides off-site storage for magnetic media, such as tapes, disks, and cartridges at minimal cost. The records are stored in secure, climate-controlled vaults that maintain optimum temperature and humidity levels.
